Shipping Rates: We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.95. However, items that are of great size or weight are assessed a handling charge to offset the increased shipping costs not covered by the initial $9.95. These charges are noted when applicable on the product’s detailed information page. After researching many ways of doing this, we have concluded this to be the most fair and practical way to offer shipping rates that best match actual shipping costs.
Order Processing/Shipping Times: It is our goal to process orders the same day received. However, orders can have an estimated processing time of one to two days prior to being shipped from the warehouse. Please keep in mind that factors such as the time of day you place your order, weekends, or major holidays can increase processing / shipping times. We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, and United States Postal Service. Standard shipping is Ground and orders are estimated to arrive in five to 10 business days. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. When your order ships we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of your shipment. As a small business we strive to deliver outstanding and personal service.
Out of Stock Items: Another goal at www.WirelessThermometers.net is to have products available when ordered. However, some items are seasonal or demand is so great it creates a back order delay. Items that are temporarily out of stock, but which we are confident will be available shortly, are promptly shipped the same day the product(s) arrives at the warehouse. Please, know we will notify and keep you informed if your order is subject to an item that is out of stock. If an out of stock item is seasonal or we are unsure of its continued availability in a timely manner, we then may either substitute a similar item with your permission or cancel the order at your request or our discretion. Upon canceling an item or order we will notify you by email or phone. Orders with multiple items are held until entire order is ready to ship.
Order Cancelation: If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it please email us at admin@WirelessThermometers.net within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges, no worries. Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service department will do all it can to stop the items from being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be stopped. IMPORTANT: Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they are processed at the warehouse. Once processed at the warehouse we most often are unable to intercept it, making the order non-cancelable and therefore, all charges (including return charges) apply. Refusing an order is also subject to all applicable charges (including return charges).
This site reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing or typing errors, pricing changes at the manufacturing level, an item’s lack of availability, or for any other reason it deems necessary. We try very hard to have all information and pricing accurate, but are human. If such a circumstance arises it is our policy to notify you with the correct pricing / information & give you the option to cancel or proceed with the order.
Payment Options: www.WirelessThermometers.net accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover. No sales tax is collected as we are located in a sales tax free state. Payment is collected first, and then your order is processed and shipped. By doing it this way, we better protect against fraud and are then able to pass more savings on to you. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
Return Policy: In the rare circumstance that you may need to return an item you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which allows us to keep track of your return, streamlining the process. WirlessThermometers.net is not able to accept returns without a RA#. Packages without a RA# will be denied and returned to you with all associated costs being yours. To obtain a RA# email us at admin@WirelessThermometers.net, and include your name, address, contact information, order number, and name of item to be returned. We will then email you a RA# along with return instructions. Not following the return instructions may void any refund. Returns are accepted for 10 days from day of delivery, provided the item is still in its original condition, new and unused, packaged in its original packaging, as well as being packaged as was originally packaged. (Note: Placed back into the box with all parts accounted for, but in disarray is not acceptable, and may void refund eligibility. The product needs to be packaged as it was originally. New and unused means saleable condition, not dirty, showing wear, not having been washed, etc… We are not able to accept returns for an item with any indication that it has been subject to such.) You are responsible for shipping the item back to us following the instructions included with your RA# email. All returns (other than damaged, defective, or an incorrect item being sent) will incur a 30% restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded. In order to keep our prices low and protect ourselves from fraudulent claims we strictly enforce our return policy. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at admin@WirelessThermometers.net and we will either replace the broken parts if possible, replace the item, or correct the error at our expense. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacements / corrections. If you have any questions pertaining to our return policy, please, email or call us before placing your order. Also, please, allow 10 to 14 days for us to process and credit your credit card. All refunds granted are for the purchase price (less shipping/handling/restocking costs) and can only be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Product Safety and Assembly: This website neither manufactures or designs any of the products offered/sold on the site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of said products, or in the case of any self assembled items, about whether purchasers will safely or properly assemble said item(s). Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the manufacturer and purchaser.
WirelessThermometers.net reserves the right to make changes to its site at any time, including policy revision. However, no worries, as the policy which is in place at the time your order is placed is the policy that will govern your purchase.
Privacy Policy: We will never sell any customer information, including email addresses, to a third party. This is our pledge to you, our valued customer. Information gathered will be used only by WirelessThermometers.net for the purpose of setting up commercial accounts and communications regarding orders placed with WirelessThermometers.net. We collect certain information from and about our users three different ways: from our Web Server logs, the user, and with cookies.
A. Web Server Logs and Cookies: A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer’s hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or viruses and ours automatically delete themselves after 5 days if you have not created a shopping cart during that time.
When you visit our site we may track information to administer the site and OutdoorThermometer.org may use the cookies to track your shopping cart information once you begin actively shopping here. The cookie also eases your shopping experience by loading pages faster.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. B. Personal User Information: Visitors to our site can register to purchase merchandise. When you register, we will request some personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, fax number, account number, and other relevant information. If you are purchasing merchandise we will also request financial information. The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the merchandise you purchased. If you purchase using a credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. For other types of registration, we may ask for the relevant info. One month after your order is placed your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand and appreciate you wanting to make purchases online and not have to worry about compromising your personal information to do so.
Limitations: Even though we try our best to ensure your privacy and security and always look to use the best available and tested technologies to guard and protect our Web site and our customers, we cannot guarantee absolute security, as new security threats are constantly being dealt with. No one can.
